Yeah. And there's only one non-AMC or Regal theater in my town, so it might not play here. For about three days it was on the lineup for a festival I'm going to in a couple of weeks but then it got taken off. Womp womp.

My eyeballs are ready.
Strong reactions so far, including from legit critics. And Al Pacino seems to be *THE* consensus MVP across the board here.
Was gonna post this too! Amazing stuff apparently.
Three and a half hours?? Between that and the reviews I'm drooling to hit play.
I was worried there for awhile because all the talk had been about high budgets and "de-aging" technology, but I'm officially pumped now.
(I'm also relieved that I'll see this next month instead of having to wait 6-8 months or a full fucking year as is typical with festival movies.)
Hey Irish did you ever notice this movie kinda sounds like your name?

Big ups to the Charlotte Film Society: They're screening it in a real-live theater for three days in December (DCP, not just playing Netflix off a projector). It's a Christmas miracle!
Yeah, my arthouse theater is getting it for a one-week engagement. Couldn't be more excited!
What’s with Joe Pesci in that video?
Why did he even show up if he didn’t want to talk?
Probably because it's specified on his contract with the studio, like every actor who does public relations.
After Silence getting the shrug treatment, I'm ready for Scorsese to get Netflix-level marketing money and be back big time in the awards game again. Sure, 3.5 hours long, but after what they've accomplished with Roma I'm sure Netflix can manage anything.

Great trailer and probably reflects the film best so far.
From the "Black Panther's filmmakers have never been to Africa" guy comes a new take...
Hahah I'm loving this new film critic side of Gilliam.
I'm starting to think Terry Gilliam's career floundered not because he's some "misunderstood genius" but because he's an obnoxious asshole. Also, don't get into an elevator alone with Terry Gilliam, ladies.
