Ouch. Patinkin owned that show. I'm also not sure how that is going to work.

I'd watch Cusick in anything.
Man, I am constantly awed by the ballsiness of "Rescue Me".
There are some very controversial themes/messages/discussions in this show.
And keeping with the topic of this show, I watched an episode a couple of nights ago where the crew had to go to sensitivity training, and they had to watch this video on racism. At the end, the instructor asks them what they learned, and Tommy says "that only white people can be racist?"
"Heroes" lived up to its promise to answer a few questions and I really did like Kristen Bell's character, as well as the intrigue of Adam's character who I assume will be Takezo Kensei as Adam apparently cannot be killed. The dialog was also a step up from some of the early season eye-rollers.
:: shrugs ::
At least they're trying again.

Spoiler tagged just in case. Maybe we need a Heroes thread.

At any rate, with only three episodes left to wrap up this storyline, it should be three packed episodes. That could either be good or bad. At least they won't be as uneventful and boring as the first half of the season.

Trivia time: His character is based on Vandal Savage.
I can't tell you how glad I am of the last 2 eps. Not only is the show back on track, but I'm glad they found a way to tie up Hiro's weird little adventure to the main plot. It's really, really cool.

Comic book giant Marvel has made 2,500 of its back issues available online in an attempt to introduce its characters to a younger, computer-savvy audience.
One tenth, 250 in all, will be able to read free of charge for a limited time.
Yeah. The League returns to Earth after a space mission to find a completely different world where Batman is leading an underground rebellion against an immortal dictator. They read up on history and find out that the Nazis, led by Vandal Savage instead of Hitler, destroyed the Allies on D-Day. So the League goes to Europe circa WW2 to stop him.
When will all those comics be uploaded?
I watched the first episode of Monk. I think I'm going to love this show. Tony Shalhoub is the awesome.
I agree as well, only I ended up disliking the show.
I'm still loving "Strangers With Candy".
It's occasionally stupid, but most of the time it's just so twistedly funny and the performances from Sedaris, Colbert and Dinello are too funny not to love them.
Dinello to Colbert: "I'm not pushing you away...I'm pulling me towards myself."
Season three of Angel: W. T. F.
