I will say this: if they change Batman from Bruce Wayne to Thomas Wayne like it's been rumored, a lot of fanboys are gonna be pissed.

That whole speculation makes no sense.
For one thing, Jeffrey Dean Morgan is Thomas Wayne. I don't think they're going to make a series of Batman movies with Morgan as the star.
If they use it to change Bruce's face, it would be bizarre and make no narrative sense. Why would time travel change someone's face?
Most likely if Affleck walks they'll just recast without giving any story reason. Because why bother? It happens all the time. What studio would care enough to retool a movie's story to satisfy the continuity pedants? Even Marvel didn't give a shit about that every time they lost actors.
I didn't mean to imply there would be a story reason for it. I agree, there wouldn't be much of a justification for that. Just meant that a cameo from the new actor at the end of Flashpoint would would be a fine transition.
Ha. I was watching an old Oscar clip, and turns out Batman Forever was nominated for Best Cinematography. Whaaaa
Joaquin Phoenix might be playing Joker in the Todd Phillips movie. Hmmmmm. I'll allow it.
Not sure what's funnier, the fact that they ARE going forward with a Lobo movie or that Michael Bay is going to direct it.

Should be funnier on purpose than Suicide Squad, I guess.
I've been ignoring the reports that Snyder was actually fired from Justice League but the new one this morning describes his rough cut of JL as "Unwatchable".
That's way old, dude. Also I don't buy that for even a second.
Just was reported today.
That was reported several months back as well, well before the movie released.
Nevermind, I just googled and I guess it was from August. Hadn't heard about it until today.
WHedon exists Batgirl movie. Wonder if this has anything to do with animosity over JL.
Couldn't crack the story Joss? GTFOutta here with that.Quote:
“Batgirl is such an exciting project, and Warners/DC such collaborative and supportive partners, that it took me months to realize I really didn’t have a story,”

Meh.
Lets get some more women directors in here anyway.
Get Jane Campion in there.
JULIE. TAYMOR.
I want more Lexi Alexander, damnit.
Because he is one of the luckiest fail upwards directors ever.
