That's too bad. I did find this comment humorous though:

wtf. This almost entirely negates the positive of Harmon coming back. Oh well, we'll see how triumphant a return this is then...
Shit. I was afraid of that happening.
Abed and Evil Abed in the morning?
'Community's' Dan Harmon Reveals the Wild Story Behind His Firing and Rehiring

So by "reveals the wild story" they mean "he doesn't really know, but whatevs."
Holy shit, this syndication trailer.

Prepare yourself for the 50 second mark.
Well, you know, they drive the guys wild. Studying never looked that good.
I...I got nothing.
Holy shit. Jonathan Banks has joined Community as a regular. He'll be in almost every episode of S5 as the study group's Criminology professor. Sounds like the role is more Chang season 1 than Malcolm McDowell.
Cool, because based on what I saw of Season 4 they didn't properly use Malcom McDowell at all.
He sounds dangerously depressed. Hope he gets it worked out.

Season 5 is on next month and we've got a trailer to prove it.
It can't be any worse than Season 4 right? I'm not feeling that trailer.

It is impossible to quantify so I'm not going to argue with anyone about it, but if nothing else, I am encouraged by how much more alive McHale sounds and looks as Jeff in what we've seen so far.
Also, I can't imagine anything better for Chang than to be []
This happened.

SIXTH SEASON ORDERED. HOLY SHIT.

What the fuck is Yahoo Screen?
I'm quite happy with this news, but also have no idea what Yahoo Screen is.
Yikes. Yahoo Screen has been around since 2011?! Sounds like a bargain basement Hulu ... But with just "webisodes."
Curious if 13 eps will mean 13 full episodes & whether Harmon will be able to convince the orig cast to do this (what's really the upside for them? This seems like the TV equivalent of doing community theater.)
YAHOO IS RELEVANT IN MY LIFE ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!
Yeah, it's full length, with the same budget NBC was giving them. Yahoo did announce a couple of months ago that they want to get into the original content game, but I didn't realize that they already have a streaming service no one knows about haha. I guess a lot of websites are having Netflix envy now.
As for the cast, they're still contracted for whatever that's worth.
I wonder if the actors (i.e. their agents) care that it's being released on a virtually unknown platform. Seems like it has a bit less credibility to me, like an actor doing a Starz series versus an HBO series (Yahoo Screen vs. Netflix/Hulu).
