I thought his regeneration was pretty nifty.
Just picturing the Wolverine game, exploring the forests of Canada, coming across Weapon X programs, encountering Sabretooth, maybe a separate map in Japan...
This will be a Day 1 game unless it's riddled with glitches and bugs.
Hopefully Sony will get their act together by the time it comes out.
Duke, I'm back on my PC masterrace bullshit.
Ryzen CPU, like $250 retail. Worth waiting for Black Friday?
Not in a hurry, and pretty flexible on CPU. Last night I saw a couple of low-to-mid Ryzen builds that would be perfect for my RPG shitbox/ console emulator. I have no idea how in demand these CPUs are, tho.Quote:
I'd buy it while it lasts. But if you're in no hurry there will likely be some good deals. Are you finally making a steam account?
I have a couple of Steam accounts (and a copy of Half-Life 2 somewhere) but can't remember the login info. Will probably make another one once I get set up.

looking at yer steam account and :D :D :D :D
Deathloop is getting 10's across the board.
I've also heard that you shouldn't stress about missing something the first time you're in an area. You will be back.
I'm actually going to be going into the game pretty much blind. I haven't watched any gameplay or trailers. Just seen a few stills and read th summary blurbs of a couple of reviews.
Got my copy of Deathloop yesterday.
Going to hold off on trying it until I can plunk down a few hours undisturbed, so probably Sunday.
Can't wait!!
Still currently plugging through The Surge. It's so damn hard.
I played a bit of Deathloop. The design is nifty. Arkhane really does make good shit. Gameplay and visuals are very much like Dishonored. It doesn't have its hooks in me yet, but I've only recently unlocked all its systems. I'm into it, but not feeling 10/10 material.
Since you say 'console emulator' are you familiar with Launchbox and bigbox? They're awesome frontends for your retro collection and not just console emulators, but arcade too. Retroarch is something else you might find really cool. Check out ETA Prime on YouTube. He's the go to guy for these things. Or you can ask me if you need more info. :)
!!! I literally found ETA Prime's channel last week!
Thank you for the tips. Mighty kind of you. I'm psyched there's someone else on MC who's deep into this shit. I will very likely be hitting you up for help in the future, or just to chat about very old games. :D
That's cool. I'm not 100% knowledgeable on these matters yet but I got the basics down pat. What's sweet is that Launchbox scrapes game art for all your retro games whereas bigbox, which is an extension of the former, introduces a scroll wheel with games + game logos per platform so that it truly becomes seamless and visually just darn striking. Bigbox isn't free tho, 70 euros gives you a lifelong license and ditto updates, launchbox and retroarch are free though. I love the high score leaderboards they introduced recently for the Mame emulator. I'm in the process of saving up for a better pc and even a secondary ultra wide screen so that bigbox can display the original arcade marquees (scraped by Launchbox) for the arcade games on that screen depending on the game you're playing. Looking into Light guns too, Sinden and Gun4ir are the top choices there, they work on regular monitors albeit with some necessary extras. Then there's even pinball emulation and, yeah, it becomes a pretty big hole to fall into. :)
Has anyone played Visage?
Oh, man, I LOVED this game! I am definitely going to buy the re-release / update.
