The Rules of the Game:

- It is not necessary to rank the albums. Instead, please post all lists in chronological order, starting with the earliest album.

For an album to be eligible for the band's overall rating, it must have at least four (4) votes. Otherwise, there isn't a sufficient amount of votes to make the rating as objective or effective as an album that has received twenty (20) votes. If an album is mentioned only once or twice, I will still post that album's average (quite easy if only mentioned once) but I will separate it from the albums that factor into the band's overall rating.

Listening to Cookie Mountain right now. First time I've ever heard anything by this band. I'm really digging it.

So far what I've heard of the new album, it is only okay. Those first two albums are pretty amazing and RTCM is among my favorite albums of the decade.

They are stunningly terrible.

Return to Cookie Mountain sounds like a Limp Bizkit album title. It's worse than just a nonsense title. I think it actively works against the artistry of the album as a whole.

Listened to all I have, but haven't tallied them yet so I'll do that later today.

I'm a bit backwards in that Desperate Youth is my favorite. I accidentally happened upon it right when it came out so I listened to it over and over and so was really excited when Cookie Mountain came out but while I liked it I didn't love it, except of course Wolf Like Me. Also saw these guys live and it was the saddest concert ever, not because it sucked but because for whatever reason they could not get the guitarists guitar set up correctly. He was so sad and the rest of the band had to play songs without him.

Return To Cookie Mountain is one of my favorite albums. It gets a 10.0.

Dear Science is a 7.5. I like it but I wasn't a huge fan.

Nine Types of Light is an 8 or 8.5. Good stuff. I want to check out their other albums.
