R.I.P.
aww.
this is appropriate: in memoriam
Jesse Helms is dead.
I cannot say anything nice, so I will not say anything at all.
Very sad news indeed:
Thomas Disch is gone.
Estelle Getty has passed away.
Thank you for being a friend.
Bernie Mac

Man, I liked that dude.
That's terrible. Too young.
I just saw that on TV and came here to post it. 50 years old and died of pneumonia? That's just terrible.
so sad
Very sad indeed. Last Sunday, his death was misreported by various news outlets (including CNN). When I didn't hear anything this week, I thought that he might have been recuperating. Sadly not the case.
That's awful.
All my thoughts go to his family and friends. Such a young age, and he felt younger than that - I had no idea he was 50. I would have said late 30s.
Rest in peace, bud.
R.I.P. Bernie.
Side note: Why are celebs dying so early this year? There was Heath Ledger, Bernie Mac, and I could've sworn there was one more...it's really sad.
I read today that the great Paul Newman has left the hospital because he wishes to die at home alongside his wife. Apparently, it's a matter of weeks.
Does it ever stop?

Isaac Hayes, too. Very sad.
LeRoi Moore, saxophonist and founding member of the Dave Matthews Band died...not a fan of the band, but still sad.
