Agreed, Quantum of Solace gets hated on way too much. It's better than Spectre.

I still haven't seen Spectre.
Casino Royale is great fun that goes on about 15 minutes too long.
Quantum of Solace has some great moments, and I heart Gemma Arterton. But overall it's weak.
Skyfall is great but similar to CR goes on a little too long. Also wears its Dark Knight influence on its sleeve, warts and all.
Don't really remember anything about Quantum of Solace.
Skyfall and Casino Royale are super fun and rewatch able at anytime.
ANNAPURNA PICTURES HAS THE DOMESTIC DISTRIBUTION FOR THIS!!!!!!!
Time to start planning the funeral for Sony. And for movie theaters and cinema as a whole.
Helmer could be Danny Boyle.
Him or Yann Damange are fine choices.
Whoa, a Danny Boyle Bond film...I hadn't considered that before. Oh yeah, I'd be in for that.

Well, John Hodge is writing the or a script. Kinda good if Robert Wade and Neil Purvis take a backseat. Time for some new writing impulses.
I like and enjoy all of the Craig Bonds. I hope he does not hang around in the role too long, though.
Hmm, doesn't feel like anything he said there fully confirms it or refutes the stuff I read somewhere on the script still needing to be approved by Broccoli and Wilson. They're willing to wait and see if they like the script and shoot it later in the year but I think they also have a different script they'd shoot if Boyle's doesn't pass muster.
excellent prank yesterday
Put Luke Evans in!
Mark Strong is in!
Boyle exits.
Sucks
Sucks indeed. I love Bond but the second half of Spectre was a colossal misstep and Boyle gave me hope that they'd go in a different, hopefully better, direction. They need to get on the phone with Martin Campbell stat.
Bummer. He'd have been a good fit.
James Gunn is available, lol.
Sidenote: Campbell's last film, The Foreigner with Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan, I enjoyed quite a bit.
I gotta wonder what did they expected Boyle would do with the material versus what they wanted when they chose to hire him.
Even his most "accessible" work is still pretty stylistically eccentric and tonally off-kilter.
Even the Bond and Queen Elizabeth bit from his 2012 London Olympics opening ceremony was bizarre and comedic!
