There has been no actual info with specifics on Playstation Now yet so I would hold off if I were you.
As far as PSN games if they don't say PS4 on them in the store then they are not playable on the PS4. There are only a few of the older PSN stuff that has been converted over to work on PS4 (Flower, Sound Shapes, Flow, etc).
Yeh I'm hoping for more info on PS Now at E3 this year. And I played the three previous thief games years ago, and I started replaying them on steam and waiting for the more recent Thief to fall in price.

There's no official release date for Watch Dogs. If I had to guess, it will be delayed till November.
That's why I always wait a year or two to get the new systems. Since the Gamecube, I just haven't seen a reason to get a system at launch.
On the PS3 we still get Dark Souls 2 and Persona 5. Those two games alone should last the next 2-3 years, and by that time the PS4 will have dropped in price once, there will be a ton of new games, and a lot of old games for super cheap.

Thomas Was Alone is great as is Tomb Raider. I didn't care for Lone Survivor. Dead Nation doesn't look very interesting to me but I'll give it a shot.

Well, I still feel that The Walking Dead - into Episode 3 now - could have done with some more interactivity and meatier puzzles, but for all the wondrous sparsity of the graphics, I've rarely experienced such outright dread and terror in a videogame before. About halfway through "Chains of Olympus" (just defeated Charon the Ferryman).
It's better than "GoW 3" in every way.

"GoW 3" was pretty from a technical standpoint but was the most boring to look at in terms of art direction. The two PSP games totally trump it.
