And I find that people pride themselves in being douchebags to employees at places like Best Buy and Gamestop.
Working retail like that is really tough, and totally thankless. Your bosses hate you, corporate hates you, the customers hate you. It can pretty much be hell from clock in to clock out.
I worked retail from age 16-24. I know customers who are douce bags and I wasn't being one in the slightest.

I bought a copy of "Beyond: Two Souls" off of the Amazon Marketplace. There was not mention made of it being an R2 disc, but it arrived today and, lo-and-behold, it has a PEGI rating on it and the R2 symbol on the back.
I am wondering if I should contact the seller regarding this and see why they failed to mention it in their ad, or if it's all good?
Some preliminary searching on Google tells me it should be fine though any DLC would be unusable. Unfortunately I have another game ("God of War: Ascension") on the way from the same seller, so I don't want the same issue again - if it is going to be an issue at all, that is.

Its true, lots of stuff is cheaper online...but there are still deals to be had at Gamestop. I got the Prince of Persia collection for PS3 for $6...its pretty rare for Amazon to mismark new items. :D

Exactly. I get tons of good used deals on cheap wii games from gamestop and then I can make sure they are in good condition and have the manual. The majority of super cheap stuff on the Amazon marketplace is acceptable disc only copies.Quote:

They're at a great pricepoint ($100), and I've read mixed reviews - most seem to say they're pretty darn good for the price. But some really emphasize that "for the price" part (as in, they don't compare to $300 headphones).
I have a pair of the $60 Turtle Beach phones for my 360 (the wired, 5.1 ones, I think they're like the X 13 model or something?) and I think they're awesome. So if these new PS phones are comparable in quality to those, I'll be happy.
But I don't want to throw $100 down the toilet.
I dont have any experience with console headphones. I mainly just use a regular mic and try to keep my vol low when playing multiplayer.
Yeah I don't know anyone who games with headphones unless it's multiplayer and they're using a mic.

I know I'm going to come off sounding like a total PSN neophyte here - which is ok, because I am - but here is the question.
I have a PS4. I saw the PSN sale for the Rockstar Games and was like "ooooh, nice!" then didn't buy any because I thought they'd only work on a PS3.
I know they're coming out with that PlayStation Now thing that will allow PS4 people to buy and stream older games, so I was wondering - if I buy a digital game on PSN, will it play on my PS4 right now, or should I ignore those sales?
(And Duke, thanks for posting those review snippets, I've been waiting for some word on Thief. I was looking forward to it...maybe I'll rent it if I can find any place that rents PS4 games).
