Yeah I'm probably going to buy "Diablo 3" for 360.
Every review I've read has said it is much better than the PC version, which works for me!

God of War III on hard is not good for my blood pressure. That being said, it helps to actually use that blue magic bar from time to time.
Downloaded the demo for "Diablo 3" and dug the heck out of it. I'll get it at some point for sure.
Almost done with "Far Cry 3". Made it to the second island, have done all the radio towers and liberated all the outposts.
I'm obsessed. Reminds me of all the things I loved about D2 back in the day with improvements. The character skill system is genius -- best I've seen for a game like this. Plenty of options, and can change them on a dime. No more reason to level two characters of the same class. I can't speak for the upper level endgame stuff yet as I'm only on level 40, but I think Blizzard really knocked it out of the park here.
EDIT: I also wholeheartedly agree with being glad for no auction house. A viable game economy is vital to keep endgame interest alive. If everyone can just buy the best equipment it takes the piss out of the whole thing.
It's almost impossible for you to get a used game without the game in it at gamestop. They keep empty cases out on the floor and then put the disc in it once you get to the counter (where they keep the discs). I've never bought a used game at gamestop where I wasn't physically watching them putting the game in the case so not sure how someone can get a used game case home without a game.
I was playing a "Timesplitters" game on original XBox last night.
I really hope this series makes a comeback. It was great.
Guess I've never had that problem.
I just wasn't really paying attention and it seems like the cashier wasn't either lol
Oh come on! Face it, man! Gamestop EVIL INC., was purposefully trying to screw you in an effort to screw all gamers. Stop defending that evil, terrible corporation, one of the worst to ever exist! What they did to you should be met with nothing short of pure internet rage. Take your crusade to r/gaming and let them know that you won't stand for this shit!
DAE hate Gamestop and EA as much as I do, guys?
DAE LOVE Valve? Guys! Valve is the best. They totally don't care about making money! All they care about is making gamers happy!
Gaben should destroy Gamestop! Amiright?
Complaining about GameSlop on r/gaming? Woo-woo! All aboard the karma train!
The latter half of DD's sentence on Valve may actually be true.
And gamestop does indeed suck. Amazon all the way baby. Would gamestop tell me to me keep my game and my money when I go to return stuff? Hell no they wouldn't.
I'm feeling the urge to play Dark Souls again.
So, I segued right from inFAMOUS to inFAMOUS 2, and I gotta agree, it is an improvement over the first one in every way possible. New Marais is a much more colorful and varied setting than Empire City, which, lets face it, was pretty bland. The new powers are AWESOME (levitating cars and then throwing them? yes please!) and there's much more variety with the bad-guys too, which is nice, and I love it how seemingly every story mission has some major plot reveal, boss battle, or new power to keep things interesting. And speaking of boss battles, man, the opening battle is pretty freaking epic. What a way to start the game!
My only gripe, tho, is this. If it's one thing that annoyed me about the 1st, it was the camera. It was a problem in the first game when there were multiple enemies, but in 2, the problem is still there, and I find myself surrounded by swarms of bad guys much more often, so I find myself dying a lot simply because I can't see who's attacking me, and on several occasions, if Cole was against a wall or billboard, the camera would be behind it, and I couldn't see anything at all.
Regardless, inFAMOUS 2nd Son has shot up to the top of the list of most anticipated next gen games. Lets hope they figure out the camera.
Yeah, Infamous 2 is just ridiculously better in every way possible. Loved that game.
It's been so long since I last played DS, and even longer since I started a sl1 without the bottomless box glitch, that playing it now feels new and challenging again. Well, not too challenging. Made it to the first bonfire in Blighttown, including a detour through the Catacombs for the Rite of Kindling, before dying. Now I'm stuck in Blighttown without any toxin-cures. Fun!
Nearly done with "Far Cry 3". I don't think I'll pursue all the relics/letters/loot. It's been a good time, but once I'm done the story I'll probably move on.
One thing the game lacks (for me) is variety in the environment. Not only does the samey jungle landscape feel repetitive, it also makes it pretty much impossible to actually know the map.
I think of great open world games like the "GTA" series, "Skyrim" or "Dark Souls", there is enough variety in the environments to make areas recognizable and memorizable.
I played "Vice City" a few days ago for the first time in nearly 8 years, and I still knew every single nook and cranny of the map.
I've been playing "Far Cry 3" for nearly 30 hours now, and I have no idea where I am on the map at any given time, because everything looks the same.
At first I thought of that being part of the appeal of Far Cry 3. It's easy to get completely lost and confused.
But to advance the game, it did become kind of cumbersome.
Granted, the locales that are important are all very different from each other, which was nice, I didn't get through half of the game because it wasn't too much fun between sites. I'd rather just warp.
Finished up Pikmin 3. This cements Pikmin as one of my favorite gaming franchises of all time. They took everything that was great about the first two and polished the shit out of it to make one of the best games of the year. Highly recommended for anyone who even remotely liked the first two.
Playing XCOM, again. Was in quite the pickle just now. Everyone was injured, 'cept my Colonel Sniper, (double tap skill, thank God), and a rookie who I forgot to re-equip.
I used him to flush the mutoids so my sniper could take them out.

Almost worked perfectly, 'cept one that I never got eyes on burst out a building and anhilated my rookie. The Colonel was able to wipe that one out, then use a battle scanner to find the location on the last two mutons. That was a stressful battle.
EDIT: When your soldiers are injured, you can't bring them into battle.
