Here's another speed run that's just phenomenal.

Hypothetically, are there any avenues by which I could sell my Rock Band DLC? The internet is suggesting probably not.
Crysis 2 is very very bad.
Really interesting Bombcast this week. You can tell the guys are changed. It's almost forcibly happy and upbeat, punctuated with grief.
After about 5 hours with the demo, I picked up the full version of Rogue Legacy last night. This game kicks all kinds of ass.
So, I picked up The Last of Us today. Excited to play it.
Let me tell you a little story.
I bought it at Target. You have to ask the staff to get the game out of a lock-box and bring it to the counter, which is what I did. The kid selling it to me commented on how quickly it always sold out. I replied, "Yeah, I hear it's terrific."
"My roommate's playing it, I've been watching him," he said as I followed him to the counter. "But honestly, it's kinda creepy."
"Well, that's good," I said.
"No, I don't mean creepy like in a horror movie sense, I mean creepy, like, it's an old guy and a little girl. Almost like he's a pedophile, you know?"
This was followed by a long stretch of awkward silence while I glared at this stupid fucking kid. I could see he realized he'd put his foot in his mouth, so I didn't comment. But, for a moment, I seriously considered saying, "You know, you're right. Never mind."
It's more of a father-daughter connection, but whatever.
I hope you slapped him in the face with the game.
WOW! The opening scenes in The Last of Us have more dramatic punch than numerous movies I've seen lately. I'm still on Summer (of course) and just got out of the city. My penchant for running into battle like a maniac has been curtailed, so I may have to actually play this sober. Very impressed so far.
Can anyone confirm that Last of Us is only having Multiplayer DLC coming out, and no story expansions? I don't want to return it right away if more story comes out later.
Also, didn't realize that Gustavo Santaolalla actually did the soundtrack for the game. I just thought it was someone trying to imitate him, ha.
I finished the Walking Dead 400 Days last night. It's OK. Instead of having a single story to play you take on the decision making of five different people. Then at the end there's an epilogue that sums up the decisions you made. It's hard to feel anything for these characters though.
Waitagoddamnminnit, you have to play Last if Us sober? I'm out.
By the end, you can probably run through and kill just about everyone, heh.
Okay, so I was mistaken last night, I wasn't out of the city, I was just out of the safe-zone area of the city. I've been making my way through downtown and just had my first encounter with the military. You really have to be on your toes. For those of you who played the game:

I have to take a break. The game is edge-of-your-seat intense at times.
I'm playing through it for the 3rd time. After this I'm going to attempt survivor.
Whew, I'm actually a little exhausted from playing this. First survival horror game in a while that's actually made me tense.

Old King Aliant, you are a fucker.
Batman: Arkham City is great. If only someone could accomplish this with the Iron Man property.
It's perfect for Spider-Man really. Although that WAS kind of done. I forgot the system, either N64 or Playstation, in which you could wander around, help some people in trouble, and eventually run into a villain that wasn't the focus of the story. That was a good one.
