Wow, I forgot how much this shaped my life back then. I'm still diggin' this.

Knapsack - Heart Carved Tree
Wow, I forgot how much this shaped my life back then. I'm still diggin' this.
Snow Patrol's new album A Hundred Million Suns--I can't even distinguish songs yet, but downloading it at amazon cost less than a fancy drink at Starbucks...
Orbital - "Remind"
Ah man, what good memories from this song; finishing high school and blaring this album...
Charalambides - "House With Three Sides"
The Go! Team - "Get It Together"
I've been hooked on this since I started playing LittleBigPlanet.
David Bowie - Lady Grinning Soul
Another Fine Day - "Wild Spirit of Song"
Penguin Cafe Orchestra - Air
Dusty Springfield - "No Easy Way Down"
"Black Star" -- Radiohead
I don't know why, but this song makes me sad.
Tindersticks - Don't Look Down
Devin Townsend - Noisy Pink Bubbles
At the Drive-In - "Invalid Letter Department"
R.E.M. -- Sweetness Follows
Pearl Jam -- Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town
Go ahead and make fun of me, but I think this song has some of the best lyrics of any song ever written, hyperbole be damned!
I've always wished I liked Pearl Jam - I just can't get into them.
They seem like cool dudes, they have lots of quality music, and they like their fans, but I just don't like the vocals or the instrumentation.
Gentle Giant - Sweet Georgia Brown
Waving Flags-British Sea Power. This song is just bloody fantastic in an epic sense. I love their new album.
Arthur Brown - Fire
Steeleye Span - Fighting for Strangers
Ol' Dirty Bastard - I Can't Wait
 in the best way possible.
Wolf Parade - "Kissing the Beehive"
Bought the album yesterday based on just having heard this song. Pretty good stuff.
Weekend, by The Sea and Cake. Awesome track. These dudes are masters of rhythm, blending pop, jazz, rock, and electronica into a perfect mix of mature, adult music without being mediocre and contemporary.
New Riders of the Purple Sage - Kick in the Head
Venus Loon, by T. Rex. Zinc Alloy is probably the second best T. Rex album, right after The Futuristic Dragon which is the best glam rock album I've ever heard. Zinc Alloy possesses many of the same qualities, but it doesn't have as sharp an edge.
