I think everyone starts at 10, then when someone reps you you get their rep power added (or subtracted if it's a negative rep) to that. Right now everyone is 1 or 0 rep power, so it'll go by 1s, but eventually some people will post too much and have complete rep power over everyone by giving out 10 or more points per rep. The little boxes add in correspondance to your current reputation, like every 20 or 25 rep points usually add a box until the max # of boxes.Quote:
