Monks - Oh, How to Do Now
My god this album. Any other fans?
Sweethearts, Camber Van Beethoven
I've listened to Key Lime Pie probably over 200 times, and it never gets old. Simply one of the best albums ever recorded.
After listening to all three Portishead albums several times over the past week, my personal preference is as follows:
Third > Portishead > Dummy
Probably not normal. :)
"Passing Strangers" -- Ultravox
"I Was A Lover" -- TV on the Radio
Bjork -- "Possibly Maybe"
Still so amazing.
I really hope neither of you were Math majors because here, you fail.
I will be different:
P > D > T
...but it's close
Nope, I'm ordinary.
D > P > T
The Black Keys' album Rubber Factory is rokking my world.
The Cool Kids - "88"
Ricardo Villalobos - "Fizheuer Zieheuer Part 1"
Nude Love-Master Shake. Utterly hilarious, and the best track off of the ATHF movie soundtrack. "10 dollars for tapes. 15 for CD."
I picked up Foo Fighters' The Colour and the Shape last night. I've always loved "Everlong," but I'm similarly impressed with "February Stars," "My Hero," and "Monkey Wrench." Pretty solid album.
The next one I plan to buy is Weezer's Blue Album. Maybe next week at some point.
The Blue Album is still awesome, and really the only thing I find worth listening to by Weezer. Every track is amazing.
Aye, "Colour" is indeed pretty rock solid. I think that the Foo Fighters are simply a really good band at best, but they have made some really awesome rock songs during their existence.
Ghost Town-The Specials. Funky regge piece that features some cool instrumental work. The soundtrack to Snatch is pretty good for what it is, although I'd rather get my hands on the Layer Cake and Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels soundtracks instead.
