Oh shit yes. Good answer.
The music during the final boss fight is amazing.

good posts guys!!
epics stuff!~!
YES! I take back the Bioshock entry. While it was a violent intense battle for me (I loved it), there are better. Resident Evil 4, for example. A slew of GREAT boss battles...especially the giant Russian/scorpion thing. That was intense.
Holy crap, the Ninja Gaiden II demo is awesome. The action is so fast, I almost couldn't keep up with it at the start! You get to play with 4 weapons already as well, which is awesome. The huge scythe and the staff are really great to swing around. This is probably also the most bloody and gory game ever. The carnage after each battle is really over the top. But overall, the gameplay shines once again except for the camera which is not the best around, but I'll get used to it. Anyway, can't wait to get my hands on the full game!
The final battle with Ganondorf in Wind Waker was the cat's pajamas.

Gears of War POV. Interesting.
Looks great, except for the colour scheme.
Really bland and ugly.
let me be the first (and hopefully last) to say:

Just finished The World Ends With You. I adore it. And its post-game mode looks like it can still keep me busy for quite a while.
well they said they were basing the view off of RE4 (and the success of RE4), and RE4 came out before Gears of War.. so yes

When asked about how RE5 will actually play, Takeuchi said that he hopes to bring back RE4's gameplay in RE5. He commented that Resident Evil 4 caused a lot of excitement at Capcom, since director Shinji Mikami had successfully made major changes while still keeping the essence of the series intact.
I wanted to add that, while apparently some gamers would disagree with me, the game's story and characters are positively compelling. Admittedly, the game starts with a moody, angst-ridden fifteen-year-old, who hates just about everything, probably including himself. He even has amnesia. He even wears purple and has spiky hair. But it goes a lot deeper emotionally inside himself and in his interactions with other characters than I expect from even my favorite JRPGs. The story's loaded with twists, but only insofar as the character you control perceives them, and it's always in the service of clarifying the world and its themes instead of simply pulling the rug out from under you.
To top it off, it's got some of the best art direction and graphic design I've seen in a game, plus an addictive and fun battle system (accidental two-hour grinding sessions were frequent). The dialogue is written with a real pulse on the way people talk and its localization isn't afraid to cop to the fact this is a Japanese game about Japanese people.
Did you ever finish this, Saya?
Uh, the switch between the third person camera to the corner-screen aim mode is more alike to GoW than the aim mode in RE4.
