I combed the New Releases, Recommended For You, and Sci-Fi sections of Netflix looking for Into Darkness and didn't find it anywhere. I ran a search, and there it was. I have EVERY STAR TREK THING on Netflix queued RIGHT NOW. I have been watching Star Trek almost obsessively for the last six months. It makes absolutely no sense I couldn't find it by browsing. This is irritating, because I wouldn't have known it was available if it weren't for these posts. It's kinda bullshit.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: as much as I love Netflix, they are terrible at recommendations and informing customers of new releases. Its silly that the best up to date info out there is provided by non-Netflix websites.
For all the ratings that you can provide, it sure seems like Netflix should get a good idea of someone's taste of movies, actors, directors...Quote:
