I don't even know what you guys are talking about. That entire movie was so terrible that I've blocked it out completely. I don't remember a single good fight scene.

well we've got maria hill in this one too. i'm hoping that she'll be given a prominent role because i think whedon would do an excellent job with her
That's not a fight scene, that's him just putting on a suit.
And yeah, Iron Man 2 was pretty terrible. Such a horrible disappointment.
Sorry I couldn't find a gif with the whole 10 minute sequence.
Think it's time to create a separate Cap thread?
Yeah, I should have probably just said what it was. It's also Captain America's after credits bonus.
yeah I clicked and then stopped after 5 seconds. Knowing it's the part after cap america I'm fine with waiting and not getting spoiled.

Johnston flirting with Boba Fett movie.
A letter 'A" and then it says "Assemble 2012" in small letters.
Boring.
I wasn't expecting a whole Avengers teaser at the end of the movie. Looks pretty sweet. Not sure about Thor's sleeveless number. The cinematography looks a little grittier than we've been used to with the saga so far. I suppose it does kind of remind me of Serenity like that.
I'm looking forward to the interactions between the characters, especially Thor, Cap and Stark now that the films have established some closer connections.
I wonder if they hadn't originally planned to do a sequel before getting to the Avengers, but the first film's success made them want to whip something up on the spot to cash in.
As time passes, I don't think the film really adds up to much of anything, but at the same time, I think it really doesn't hurt the saga or the character either. Stark's despair was interesting to watch.
I think one can safely bypass it and not lose anything of the saga. You have the end scene with Fury in the first film and can pretty much surmise he'll join and move on.
I kind of fear that Downey will overshadow everyone.

They had a terrible article in EW about superhero films where they said by making films of Thor and Captain America Marvel is scraping the bottom of the barrel characters.
