I haven't even played it and I can answer this with: "of course".

Can they play "Grand Theft Auto" games?
And if so, do you mind that level of mass-murder of innocent people, but played totally straight-faced and without the black humor of the "GTA" series?
If you answered "yes" to both of these questions, then it should be perfectly fine.
So I'm deep into Modern Warfare 2, and I'm pretty sure this game has made me more anti-war than ever before.
This year is so great for games.
There are still 4 games I hope to purchase in the next few months: "Borderlands", "Dragon Age: Origins", "New Super Mario Bros. Wii" and "Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles".
Finished MW2 last night. It took me 7 hours to finish it on hardened and I took didn't really rush. I think that is a good length. I didn't really like the parts where you play as the American soldier. I prefer the spec ops missions with Roach, Soap, etc. Those are much more fun in my opinion. But overall, it was entertaining all the way through.
Now waiting for Assassin's Creed 2 and L4D2 that are released later this week.
Beat it on Hardened too, right now I'm playing through it on Veteran.
Great story.
Just beat the campaign.
Epic stuff. Trumps the original game's campaign in many ways.
Will definitely return to it on harder difficulties.
Probably going to get the family a PS3 for Christmas. We were going to get one of those Blu-Ray players that play Netflix Instant Viewing. Now that the PS3 can do both of those things, I'd rather spend the extra $100 to get to play great games as well. Does the PS3 do upscaling for regular DVDs too?
Oh and the end credits sequence in "Modern Warfare 2" was awesome.
Really funny to revisit it as a level and use any one of the guns in the game
see what I mean?????????????????????
So much for, "controlling cheaters" BS justifications...

Thanks to AgentGOD and his great work bringing the developer console back into the PC version, a whole new wave of servers are possible with vast amounts of customisation. Things such as unlimited ammo, massive experience points (10000xp for a single kill), Field of View tweaks, speed and gravity adjustments and so much more! The best bit is, this is all ranked and on IWNet! I guess the game is no longer balanced to fuck the PC gamers over!
Assassin's Creed II is fantastic so far. The sequel has improved on all aspects compared to the first one. Gameplay is tighter, and there are more moves and gameplay mechanics. More weapons, more different missions and puzzles. The Italian voice acting also helps immensely in the immersion. Definitely play it with english subtitles, guys!
I've been buying way too many games lately. Next up is LFD2, for PC I guess, since I don't think I've ever played a Valve game on a console.
Well, perhaps that the vehicular sections of Uncharted 2 spoiled me, but that snowmobile bit in Modern Warfare 2 was crap.
Why do people keep saying in reviews and articles about "MW2" that it completely distances itself from the "Call of Duty" label, even removing "Call of Duty" from its title?
My copy of the game very clearly says "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" on the cover.
Infinity Ward wanted to remove the COD name from MW2, to separate their games from the Treyarch WWII games, perhaps? I guess it was Activision who decided to keep it for the sake of franchise association.
I've played the spec ops cooperative mode a bit, very fun. Hopefully IW can make a full campaign with coop mode in mind for the next game.
Assassin's Creed II continues to be great. The fighting system is mostly the same, but you can steal other people's weapons now too. Plus you don't have to hold the run button anymore to climb. Just hold it for a little bit to initiate the climb. And I can't stress how fitting the Italian audio is in this game.
A presto, Ezio!
I saw Angels & Demons again yesterday (which I thought was a hugely bearable crowdpleaser) and for some reason my thoughts segued into Assassin's Creed II. I'm hoping for some awesome history-related puzzles and riddles besides all the climbing and stealing. When is the European release date?
Reviews are glowing. I'm suddenly looking beyond Modern Warfare 2 with manic glee.
