The girl who was previously dead became undead and had blue eyes. It was brief yes, but certainly gave you the notion that something strange lives and happens beyond the wall, which the scene in episode eight confirms and expands.Quote:

My thoughts exactly! They missed a golden opportunity here to end the first season magnificently. I would have had the camera above the action looking down on the burning pyre with Daenerys looking up at the camera. Her dead husband's face in the frame surrounded by the three eggs that we see slowly cracking open and perhaps an eye peeking out. The ending as is was pretty anti-climactic.Quote:
