The last season just ruined everything before for me. Which I know is silly, but damn, it is angering how badly it was handled for the last, say, 10 episodes.

I don't like The Boys because it is stupid and bad TV. Nothing to do with the gore.
Stupid and bad
Yes.
Stupid.
and bad.
Not sure what your point is.
Go with silly and awful it sounds more Monty Python. Nah pathetic and terrible. Maybe idiotic and rotten. Yeah...
I enjoy The Boys, but it's not something I'd argue about lol. It's a weird ass show.
Was just missing a comma is all.
The Boys is stupid, and bad TV.
There.
Any other input you'd like to add? Or just stupid and bad?
Casting is awful all around aside from Urban who chews the scenery, but even his charisma can't save the awful "OMG SO EDGY" dialogue.
Just constantly feels like it's trying to be edgy and it all comes across as forced.
I thought the comic was one of Garth Ennis' worst efforts, and the TV show has solidified that opinion for me.
Also, bad TV effects are bad.
Fight! Fight!
Rambo: Last Blood is not a good movie. However, those last twenty minutes are glorious carnage candy. Home Alone, the NC-17 version.
Yo, the original MacGyver show is still awesome. PlutoTV showing it. 21 Jump Street still pretty good too.
Anyone else having trouble with FB messenger today?
I think I saw it updating yesterday.
Seems to be fine now.
Probably the China virus.
A saying that has always bugged the heck out of me:
"No sense stressing over something that's out of your control"
Isn't that exactly the type of thing that causes stress that is 100% justified and legitimate?
If it was in my control and I am stressing over it, I am doing something wrong.
It is stressful to have your life affected by things that are out of your control, whether small or large. To say that you are wrong in being stressed by these events is really stupid.
I see the opposite of you. Why bother stressing over something that you literally can't change? It's a waste of energy and a waste of time. Focus on and stress over the things you CAN change or make better the situation you can't change.
It's equivalent to your house burning down and you're staring at the ashes, sulking over it when you family is on the side of the road homeless.
Very true, Duke.
I tend to be a very negative thinker and worry-wart, so that probably affects how I'm interpreting the saying.
When I get stressed I confuse the things I can control and the things I can't.
I think its dependent on the issue. I can't do anything about China. Shouldn't sweat it. I also can't do anything about passive aggressive relatives...now THAT, stresses me the fuck out.
Easier said than done, my friend. Things being out of my control is the very reason I do stress about them, especially when they have a negative impact on me, EXTRA especially when they have a negative impact on people I love. It makes me feel fucking helpless.
Sorry, Saint Francis, you're wrong on this one.
