I've only had to wean myself off soda. Doing pretty well. I never have more than one a day (often during meals now) and can go for days without one. Yipee!

I've started drinking more coffee out of boredom at work. I get anxious after sitting at my desk for a couple hours, so I get up and go to the break room for something to do. I really just want to stand up, but standing in the middle of your cubicle doing nothing is kind of consipicuous. I also go to the bathroom about 3 times more often than necessary for the same reason.

I don't like heroin.......I love it.
I drink a ridiculous amount of water at work out of boredom.
People have espoused the eight-glasses-a-day stuff for a long ass time, but didn't some doctors recently say that drinking too much water adversely affects your kidneys? Something about how everyone thought that drinking enough liquids to make your urine clearer is actually less healthy than it sounds? I dunno. Can't remember the exact details...
Everything kills you.
The pollutants in the air will give you lung cancer. Drinking water gives you stomach cancer and kidney problems. Too much sunlight gives you skin cancer, yet too little gives you depression and slowly destroys your immune system.
We're going to die, regardless of what we do. So just do what makes you happy and feel healthy yourself regardless of what people tell you.
Live your life.
I guess I don't have an addictive personality, because I've never been addicted to anything. Half the time though that was also due to being really broke.
I'm addicted to buying shit I don't need.
Eh. Yes, live your life, but manage it properly. You will feel better, live longer.

I wasn't saying it TO you, I was just saying the general "you".
You know, like, the Royal "You". As in, everyone.
Too many things cause death these days. I'll have a heart attack before I turn 22 if I were to worry about everything out there that could happen to me.
But I also believe most illnesses are created/accentuated by stress. I guarantee in the coming years we'll discover that a lot of cancers are linked hand-in-hand with high stress levels.
I've never actually had a cup of coffee. Can't stand the stuff.
Now, a nice heffewiesen, otot...
