Does anyone else have the problem where, if you have to be up super, irregularly early (for whatever reason), you just can't seem to get to sleep no matter how tired you are?
I've been working incredibly early shifts the last few days, and despite the fact that I'm dead tired in the evening, I just can't seem to get to sleep because of the anticipation of getting up really, really early.
It's starting to catch up to me. I'm really glad I have tomorrow off to recover a bit.
