I don't want it to be 100 degrees. But I do want to be able to wear short sleeve shirts and on weekends, shorts. I despise long sleeves. I also like cold, summertime beers which go so well with intense heat. I dunno, I'll take a sweaty crotch over a winter coat anyday.

The forecast is showing dropping temperatures, but Portland posted an observed high of 86 degrees yesterday. I don't know if that's sweltering, but it's certainly enough for a little sweaty crotch action.
There has been a car parked in the same spot on my street for at least two months. As far as I can tell, it's never moved. The tags expired last month. I've started randomly checking to see if it's there every day, and it is.
So, there's not a dead body in there, right? Assure me there's not a dead body in there.
It's also been uncommonly humid in California for the past week. Don't know if the moisture made its way up to Oregon, but I've personally been thoroughly uncomfortable for the last several evenings. Don't know how you East Coasters put up with that sticky feeling.

I do hate extreme hot or cold. However, despite sweating rather easily I'll take summer over winter. You can at least open the windows and run fans to keep cool in summer. Where as in the winter at times if you even step outside for one minute you'll freeze your damn balls off. No thanks.
Robby i think you and I are opposites because I can only think of what you said in an opposite way. I much prefer Maine on it's coldest highest snow day to Arizona on it's evil scorching hot day. Since I've lived in both in both times of year I'm not one of those who only says it.
