OK seriously, is anyone else unable to access IMDb?
I haven't been able to use the site for like 4 days now, and I've tried three different browsers.
Works fine for me.
This is all I can get...

I've tried it on Opera (pictures), FireFox and Chrome.
It's working perfectly fine for me as well, meg. Wish I could help, but I don't know what the problem would be.
I use Chrome and it's been working fine for me.
It's just so weird to me that it's ONLY IMDb that doesn't work.
Every site in my favorites list loads and functions perfectly fine.
If there was some kind of connection problem, it would affect everything wouldn't it? At least, it wouldn't just affect that one site.
Weird...
Try clearing your cookies from imdb? That might work.
Tried deleting the cookies and all offline data. Still can't get on.
I also got both my mom and sister to try on their computers, and they can't get onto IMDb either.
I've finally wised up and started using Firefox. Why the hell I didn't make the change to it sooner, I'll never know.
Here's a little taste of year-2000 Canadian pop music for everyone...

hey, everyone - add me on the Facebooks so my professional profile doesn't look so barren.
I'd add more of my personal friends to this one, but that'd take away the surprise that a lot of people get when they actually see my face after reading my writing - people tell me often I'm not at all what they suspect.
But anyway, here's my work profile.
 my thoughts. :P
Just do it now MM. Chrome >> FF.
The Benchmarking alone is enough to switch.

Firefox? Bleh.
Me from 2002 would have scolded me for that statement.
I'm comfortable with Firefox. I tried Chrome and it just didn't suit. I doubt I'll ever move from Firefox.
No, Chrome is life. All hail our google overlords.
I also prefer Firefox to Chrome. I found Chrome had issues with plug-ins.
I dreamed last night that a bug (which looked like a stink bug with a little lobster tail) was on my carpet and I was trying to kill it. Fine.
But then I woke myself up, completely panicked and certain that the bug was IN MY HAIR. It was about 3:30 and I spent a half hour threading my fingers through my hair and combing my hair and checking my bedclothes to convince myself that there wasn't anything there.
Yet more evidence that if I were to go schizophrenic, I would definitely be one who is convinced bugs are under the skin.
This is true, but it's getting better with every release. Chrome is updated it feels like weekly where as FF and IE, not so much.
Again, I value performance over any of these minor issues. If a plugin doesn't work in Chrome, I use the IE extension. Problem solved with one click of the mouse.
If that's people's only issue with Chrome, it's easily avoidable.
Look at the performance specs I posted above. open 15 tabs in Chrome, and 15 tabs in Firefox and IE. It's indisputable how much better Chrome is.
