Damnit since I haven't seen some of their more "worse" films it appears that I am a fan of their work. I'm not really sure I am, although I love both Ghostbusters movies, Kindergarten Cop and Evolution are fun guilty pleasures, and Thank You For Smoking was one of my favorite films from 2006. Huh.

It's not a masterpiece, but this seems unreasonably low. Perhaps you had indigestion at the time? Other than that, the 3 other mutual Reitman experiences we share are completely synchronized, rating-wise.

Indeed. I am amazed that people actually like this one.The film made me laugh at times, it was pretty entertaining, and I actually liked the main cast. Plus the film had some really cool FX as well-the aliens never looked the same, and (to me anyways) they weren't really the sterotypical looking ones. Although granted their whole mission of destroying humanity was a large cliche of course.
