You're just about the only one who seems to feel this way, and it is rather inexplicable too. It's a great shot, well framed and fits with the site extremely well. I doubt it'll stay forever, but I haven't seen anything yet that makes me want to replace it.

Was just pulling a KF there.;)

I don't mind that specific banner, but I haven't seen the film and it means absolutely nothing to me. I'd hate for any single banner to be on forever.

Guys, I've discovered that going on about my problems with BSG is one of my favorite things to do. If you recorded and cut down the conversations I've had and rants I've gone on, you could probably sell it as a six-hour audio lecture series.

Still more or less like the show, though.

Yeah I knew it was Bright Star. Period pieces really aren't my sort of thing, and this one appears to also be a romantic drama. None of those genres interest me, really.

PS: I know that I enjoy westerns, so I'm ammending part of that post to note "Period pieces that appear to be like Victoria era dramas."

If you use VLC player, it's incredibly easy. In the "Video" dropdown menu, there's a snapshot option that saves the screencap to your "My Pictures" in Documents and Settings.

Good choice of image! The size is wrong, I'm afraid. Banners should be 800 in width and around 200 pixels in height.

Also, I would recommend changing the font and its color.

Thanks! I'll play with it. There was no real specific font for the title card of the movie (almost looks like a straight to video television credits), but I do like the red against the white. Mostly to stand out.

Thanks! I really wasn't crazy about how any of them turned out, but I think I like the license plate the most.

We do have to use the term "Match Cut" right? Because I suddenly remembered the old site didn't have it on the custom banners.

P.S. I'm always amazed by the widescreen compositions seen in Ghostbusters. You just don't see that in a movie anymore, let alone a comedy.
