Dumb & Dumber - 10 (still find it consistently hilarious, something which only a handful of others can do)
Kingpin - 4 (tries to redo Dumb & Dumber, but doesn't even get close)
There's Something About Mary - 10 (same as D&D)
Me, Myself, & Irene - 6 (few hilarious moments, but nothing memorable)
Stuck on You - 7 (goes for the heart a bit too much, but manages to work because of Damon/Kinnear)

I recently watched King Pin again, and although I was drunk, I concluded that it is a fantastic comedy script that never bores and has interesting, well developed characters, not to mention the "Showdown" scene is one of the funniest scenes of all time in my opinion.

I think people either saw a completely different movie than I did (it's my second favorite after Something About Mary) or it is simply too sentimental. I thought it took the whole notion of making fun of "fatty" and turned it wonderfully on its ear.

Also, the central metaphor didn't make any sense. Not even in a nonsensical, funny way. How is Hal any less shallow in the end if he only ever sees the hot chick inside the fat chick?

At the end of the movie the Tony Robbins magic has worn off he sees fat girl as she actually is and still loves her for what's inside or some shit.

I will elaborate. It gets all of its laughs out of the fact that she is fat, and then turns around and gives us a moral asking us to accept people for who they are. Jack Black is one of America's better working actors, so I was absolutely disappointed.

That's actually not at all what it does. Think about all the characters. The film is parodying the fact that nobody could believe he truly loved her. Why not? If you go with the obvious answer, it isn't Hal the film is chastising.
I'm just going to pull a Rowland here and link to this great, though overly wordy, Senses of Cinema essay on the film:

Soooo with all of those visual and verbal fat jokes..."cankles," etc. the, Farrelly Brothers are pulling a Haneke asking us to look at ourselves in the mirror?
At the end of the movie the Tony Robbins magic has worn off he sees fat girl as she actually is and still loves her for what's inside or some shit.
One of the things that I dislike most about that movie, and one of the primary things that has stuck with me, is at the end, when he realizes he's been under a spell and he's like "OMG, I still love her anyway!", he immediately runs to a fat chick that he thinks is her and lays a big ol' kiss on her. I guess it's played for laughs ("Ha ha, all fat people look alike... or something"), but ultimately, it defeats his revelation, and the film's moral center I guess, by commodifying fat.
Ultimately, though, I just thought it was annoying and badly paced.

Eh, no, that's not really what I was saying. But, I think a film can be both moralistic and play to potty and somewhat insensitive humor. I mean, her fat is exaggerated, same as using Paltrow to exaggerate the opposite.

Didn't he not know what she looked like since all he had seen was Gwyneth Paltrow? Eh, either way it doesn't change anything for me, but that is a little bit of a shame.

I'll back you up Raiders, I think Shallow Hal is a very sweet movie, though my rating is as low as it is because I agree with iosos that it isn't paced very well, and the filmmaking is a bit drab even by the Farrelly's standards.
