Closest Pixar ever comes to an outright comedy (even through the climatic stake: "I want a refund!"), feeling almost parallel to Disney also having The Emperor's New Groove. The studio's signature emotional complexities work surprisingly well with that mode of unabashedly colorful stylization. I thoroughly enjoy the vivid animation and its high hit-rate jokes, especially the depiction of Chinese-Asian family culture that at times feels so sharply satirical it draws blood (the accuracy of those aunties!). Only one 4*Town song, though? 8/10

So that explains all those Turning Red 9/11 memes! Hilarious.

Mr. Enter, a YouTuber infamous for sicing his followers into harassing a staff writer of Spongebob Squarepants via Twitter because an episode he wrote was horrible in his opinion, made Forbes.

I don't know whether to cry or laugh because everyone knows he exists for all the wrong reasons.

Only one 4*Town song, though? 8/10Agreed. It's probably the hardest I've laughed at a Pixar film in a good, good while and I couldn't help feeling almost uncomfortable with how much Mei and co reminded me of 9th-10th grade me and my friends (it probably helps I was about the same age as them at the time portrayed by the film). And yes, it needs more 4*Town things. Really good.
