Mixed bag on this one. Most of it is top tier, then the third act really didn't commit for me. Leto was great until it was over and I realized it was over and it felt like he was barely in it. Overall I think I have to thumbs down, but I would like to thumbs up all the performances.

I hated this. The movie is lifeless, unimaginative - limps to an ending of totally unsatisfying conventions about cops just not letting things go. It reminded me of Penn's film with Jack Nicholson - The Pledge - in the worst ways possible.
