For a second I thought the Japanese title was Busty Wonderland (rather than Birthday Wonderland).

Well, watched it the other day. The film has it's stylish and charming moments, but it feels as it has too much story for a single film (and at 115 minutes, it's not a short one) leaving it plagued with exposition, lacks characterization and it feels rushed. Would've worked better as a TV series.

The visuals are really nice, particularly the character designs by Russian Ilya Kuvshinov which do feel more distinctive than most animes. Also, i has some really fluffy sheep. Very fluffy. Pillow fluffy.
