Fresh after his international hit I, Daniel Blake, Ken Loach delivers this new working class fable about a family whose father works for an outsourced delivery company. I think I found this film a more rewarding experience than Daniel Blake, which I felt was overly didactic and sometimes aimed well below the belt. Instead, I thought every character portrayal in Sorry We Missed You is masterful. Kudos specially for a risky, unsatisfactory yet crazy poignant ending.
