I'm surprised nobody has commented on this show.

Certainly a pish-posh "white person" show, but the family/business dynamics sure is interesting to watch, and the actors are so perfectly well-cast, no surprise from HBO, that I'm definitely going to catch up and finish this season.

On Episode two right now, and the shut down of the business is one of the more brutal/sad things to see.

The first season took a while to come together, and reached its peaks only a few times for me (the no-confidence vote episode and its aftermath). This starts off great right away though, and amazingly keeps it up throughout. In my long list of shows where I only "liked" its much acclaimed first season only to be fully onboard with its second (ATLANTA, BARRY, FLEABAG, LODGE 49, and SEX EDUCATION are others), this one may have the biggest jump; it’s my #3 show of last year after FLEABAG S2 and CHERNOBYL.
