Post your favorite music videos but for variety's sake try not to post two consecutive ones - give someone else a chance first.

Bruce Conner's films were certainly harbingers of the music video.

I'd post "Cosmic Ray" as well, but I can't find it.

I think Hans Richter had Connor beat by 40 years:

Yeah as did Oskar Fischinger and several others but Conner incorporated popular music.

"Come to Daddy" is pretty creepy, too.

It may be a pretty standard choice, but I've always been a fan of Smack My Bitch Up - Prodigy (http://youtube.com/watch?v=v2Gv3X-iyR8). (NSFW, btw)

Probably. She's got 3 or 4 of them and they tour with her I hear. She's 41 and rockin' harder than ever!

Yeah, just saw one of her solo shows last year. I want to see a 50 Foot Wave show at some point.

That was pretty confusing - nice work!

Have you seen Jonze's video where he has this rap band do everything backwards and then the footage is played in reverse? It's not on youtube I think - saw it on a DVD of Spike Jonze videos.

Like the song. Like the video. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Kkg1IkGJ0Y) It was directed by PT anderson. You can tell. The sound quality on the clip is pretty bad, but the video is clearer.

I approve of the trend to bring big dance numbers back to videos.

Sorry, somehow I missed this first time around. Both, really. I can't stand the lyrics. They're painful to listen to (only because they're terrible). I don't really care for the slow, whispery accompaniment to the lyrics either. There's literally nothing about that song I like.

Kool Moe Dee as Super Spy hot on the trail of master villain Dr. Yo. High stakes gambling, adrenaline pumped motorcycle chases and fights with Ninjas and assassin-bots that throw stuff! That's why this is the greatest thing ever put to celluloid.

I love Weird Al. He's insanely talented, and so is his band, and they put on one of the best live shows I've ever seen.

I also like his original tunes more than his parodies.

With that said, the Craigslist song is not very good.
