By now I feel like there's no need to explain a Dragon Ball movie. Either you roll with it or you don't. I was never a huge Dragon Ball fan but watching this one stoned makes at least for a fun experience, and it's short. I will say that Broly's backstory and motivation are very good and make you care about the character more than a sane person probably would.
