Honestly I don't think so. GD is a big enough place for any talk about DVD's. But this is just one man's opinion.

I think a forum dedicated to technical media would be cool, and I guess by that, I mean DVDs, DVD players, televisions, stereos, etc., etc. But yeah, I kind of agree with MadMan, but the aforementioned idea would be kind of cool.

I'm probably the wrong person to ask, considering I don't buy DVDs, but I think it's unnecessary. The forum runs smoothly, and I'd be hesitant to break it up any more than it is at present. I don't notice an overwhelming need for DVDs or even electronic media as a whole to have it's own place on the forum, but again, I don't really look for that type of conversation so I could be wrong.

As a DVD collector (as defined by the DSM-IV), I don't really see it as necessary. If you want a conversation like that, you might consider starting a thread in GFD.
