Movie does a quick fake out in the first 10 minutes as it opens as a found footage movie- friends on a Bachelorette party in Costa Rica and one of them gets bit by "something". Flash forward and the movie is not found footage anymore, and the girls are back home in the states.

The effects in this movie are quite impressive and it if it wasn't for the god awful acting and the questionable dialog and decision making, this movie would be a home-run. Maybe it's me, but if I looked down at my leg and saw a giant swelling bole, I would run to my doctor IMMEDIATELY.
