It's at least the ninth direct-to-DVD Kyla Pratt Dr. Doolittle movie, so that's why I left it off originally. But on second glance, yeah, that's horrible.

As somebody who went to art school, I'm pretty sure I'd hate My Kid Could Paint That. Then again, I'm no fan of abstract expressionism. I'm surprised I've never heard of Her Name Is Sabine since I'm a huge fan of Bonnaire as an actress (Sans toi ni loi, La Ceremonie, Secret defense). Into the Wild was one of the ugliest looking films I've seen in ages, which is impressive considering the same cinematographer shot Irma Vep and Gabrielle. Also, green and yellow text? Who's bright idea was that? I mean, I know they were going for that early 90s grunge vibe, but this is ridiculous. Oh, and I just noticed that the critic's quote on American Poop calls it the best American movie of its kind since Porky's, which is funny since Porky's is a Canadian movie.

All the pre-Hayes Code movies -- The Divorcee, A Free Soul, Three on a Match, Female, and Night Nurse -- look interesting. Netflix has the last three, but for some reason seems to have the first two as "save" (that may well change in the future).
