Not as good as the first (no surprise there, really) but way better than the second (a low bar to clear, admittedly).

Jin Zhang steals the show, just as he does in SPL 2. That guy has fucking screen presence, and the technical skill to back it all up. I can't wait to see more from him.

Wow, I thought the first two were pretty close in quality. I really dig both and I'm looking forward to this as well.

Agreed! I thought the second one even had a better story along the better action sequences. I am looking forward to part 3 and 4.

Three was a step down, but it was still totally enjoyable. The Tyson fight was surprisingly cool.

Unfortunate for Master Yip, after three movies, his wife still loathes him for forgetting their date, despite him being a creature of habit, losing his Martial Arts business twice, getting shot in the shoulder standing up the Japanese, getting is ass kicked by a western boxer getting vengeance over a dead friend, and saving a school. I mean, how much of a scumbag can you be Master Yip? How do you not know to put your wife first you selfish bastard?
