Well, it's nice to see that Maika Monroe's getting more work. Great to see both her and Liev Schreiber show up, and Chloe Moretz killed it again of course. But really, all three deserve better roles. This movie's pretty dumb. :P

Just another terrible YA adaptation where millennials are meat to believe they are humanity's last hope. Everything about this movie is bad. From the plot. To the acting sans Liev Schreiber. To the crappy speeches and reasoning. To the moderately attractive CGI.

Best line in the movie: "Keep staring at my ass and I'll rip your throats out" she says with dark eye-shadow.

I love this post because it's classic DD making the most blanket hyperbole statement thinking he knows some secret that no one else does, doesn't even realize he starred in Spotlight, the movie that won best picture. Put down the synthesizer and take a breath.
