Premise: Japan has a forest where people go to kill themselves (It's a real forest, Aokigahara "Sea of Trees"). The main character's sister was last seen walking into the woods. (By who exactly? Why didn't they stop her?) And when 48 hours are up, police assume that person went ahead with their suicide plans.

Police let piles of bodies remain in the forest forever.

End of movie.
