This was quite fun. Saw it at the Nightlight Cinema in Akron OH with a Moscow Mule drink (yay liquor licenses), and it was understated but quality. Solid performances, including a marvelous turn by Pearce, but more importantly, it doesn't treat any person in this romantic comedy as a villain. Each character is afforded dimension and nuance, and while Smulders might be a bit undeveloped for the third act turn, it's nonetheless consistently charming.

Moreover, it's got some of the best visual moments involving animals in a comedy in a while. Surprisingly good, since this looked so little like a logical choice after Computer Chess.
