This movie was freaking hilarious. Loved it!

I didn't like this enough that I could recommend it, but if I caught it flipping channels, I'd keep it on. Its comedy works so well it upstages the melodramatics.

I liked it, but Aja's handling is nothing great as usual, and I weirdly kept thinking throughout it that I want to see David Fincher's adaptation.

I liked this quite a bit.

I thought it was funny, though, that Hill shares his dad's habit of using the old "All homophobes are secretly gay! All priests are secretly bad!" trope.

Yeah - two really lazy conventions that far too many genre authors fall back on. I swear, if I read one more Lansdale story about a bad priest.....

At least King has Father Callahan, one of his best and most complex characters, especially in Wolves of the Calla.
