I liked Animorphs. Andalites were pretty fascinating.

You could also insert 1-62 of the original Goosbumps books in here too. I was obsessed with those books.

I actually didn't recognize any of the books you listed, but this one seems like one that my much younger, dinosaur-obsessed self would have enjoyed considerably.
