I think I'll go with Fight Club but I wanted to give special mention to her performance as Bellatrix in the Harry Potter films. She killed that role.

Yeah, I considered this as well--I liked rewarding a literary heroine who doesn't die at the end, though. Really just don't want Fight Club to win when she's done so many other great roles.
