FWIW, I didn't think the first sequel was all that bad, almost equal in quality (i.e. mediocre) to the original when adjusted for DTV standards, so I was hoping for at least more of the same here. Despite the same creative team however, this is really bad, in large part because it features what must be some of the most incoherent editing I've ever seen. Seriously, this should be screened in film schools as an example of how not to edit action sequences, it has to be close to the nadir of chaos cinema.
