View Full Version : Redbox is launching Redbox Instant streaming service

$6 a month for streaming only, or $8 a month for streaming + 4 rentals from Redbox kiosks. They'll also have paid VOD like Amazon.

The plan now is to launch on the 17th with a browser version and app version for Android, iOS, Xbox 360 and Samsung Smart TVs.

What will they have streaming? Would definitely get this if it's newer releases.

Exactly. It's not like with their $6 a month plan they are going to be streaming all the new releases. Especially since they mention they will have paid VOD.

So they're shutting this service down on Tuesday.
