Cutest political movie ever made? Certainly more cute than 'Goodbye Lenin'. :D
I find it ironic that it's Costa Gavras' daugher debut at directing fiction, cause it feels like a lighthearted version of her dad. I wonder if she saw herself in the lead character since her father is famous for it's political films and perhaps she grew up in a similar environment.
For those unaware of the plot, it's told from the point of view of a little girl as she watches her safe upper-class life turn upside down as her parents start engaging in comunist activities in the late 60's.
Any thoughts?
