Mist was an awful movie, but I don't see a bunch of 3" creatures killing the alien horrors from The Mist.

It would take too much time for the Grems to get the numbers needed to defeat the aliens. Some of those monsters were big.

It's not technically fog (as in the movie the Fog), which is made up of water. It's a Mist from another world. Who knows what it's made up of.

The friggin Gremlins would be too busy playing in kicthens, watching movies and figuring out how to use cars and shit. They'd turn around and see a Mist monster and realize how fucked they'd be.
