Andrei Tarkovsky's Duke Nukem.
A three and a half hour study of misogyny and racism on a futuristic Earth.
Max von Sydow plays an elderly Duke Nukem, reflecting on his past escapades and yearning for a more satisfying existence, fearing that his polygamous marriages to 20 year old cheerleader triplets will not leave a lasting legacy, after having been rendered sterile from steroid use and excessive drinking.
The film's non-linear presentation does not have an overall plot, but is rather a series of interconnected memories, with Sydow narrating as The Duke.
Budget: $150-million

On Christmas Eve, Armand (Tom Sizemore), a terrorist who has a hidden nuclear device in Washington D.C., forces the president of the United States government (Jack Scalia) to round up seven geniuses with IQs over 200. The group consists of a casino owner (Carol Abney), a bio-chemist (Paula Jai Parker), a pro-baseball player (Matt Medrano), a seminary student, an Economics professor, a painter (Tricia Helfer), and a pizza delivery guy (Stephen Baldwin).
The government is to place them in a bomb shelter and explain to the group that they are to solve the world's problems in one night; if they fail, the terrorist will detonate the hidden nuclear device planted in the basement of the 'genius lair'.

When you used the name "Armand" I immediately thought of Armand Assante, and chuckled.

It's an actual movie.

I saw him on the streets once and he looked like a Roman God, chiseled from marble.

This led me to IMDB to check for the title of said movie, and I decided to search Tom Sizemore's page to find it. Has anyone seen the number of projects he has either completed or in development in 2011?

Blow Me
A woman (perhaps a prostitute) is raped and killed. Her spirit possesses the body of a blow up sex doll. The doll is sold, and comes to life during intercourse to kill the men who use it. It then repackages itself (magically) and is sold again. A detective is hot on the trail of this Jill the Ripper. He figures out what was going on. He buys the doll, uses it to bring forth the vengeful spirit, and in the middle of a brawl he punctures a hole in the doll. The air wooshes out and sends the doll out the window like a deflating balloon. It lands in a dumpster. The cop remarks that he is glad it's finally over.
The next night we see a bum digging through the dumpster. He finds the doll, and sees the hole. As the camera focuses on the doll's face, with it's "O" shaped mouth and dead-eye stare, we hear the bum say:
"All it needs is a little patch, and she'll be good as new."
To be continued....

D-Davis' idea is funny enough to work as a spoof.

Blow Me 3: Blow Hard With a Vengeance
Sounds like the most violent of the series, but things take an even darker turn in Live Free or Blow Hard.
